A tool gave you a wrong answer

This is the message we most want. Games change ports, config keys and defaults in updates, and a report is often how we find out. Tell us which page you were on, the game version you run, what the tool said, and what turned out to be true. A copy of the relevant config lines or the error your server printed saves a round of questions.

A game or tool you would like added

Say which game and what you were trying to do. Requests that come up more than once move up the list, and a link to the game’s dedicated server documentation helps us get the details right.

Requests about personal data go to the same address. The privacy policy explains what the site keeps, which is very little. Privacy policy

Hosting questions

Questions about a server you rent from Spawnly or run on Cobbly are best asked through that service’s own support, where the team can see your account.
