What uses the memory in Arma Reforger
Enfusion runs a given scenario more cheaply than the engine before it, so an equivalent mission needs less. What scales has stayed the same — busy scenarios with lots of AI are expensive, and workshop mods raise the baseline when they load.

Where people get it wrong
Reusing an Arma 3 figure. The two engines differ enough that an old estimate can be off in either direction depending on the scenario, so size from the kind of mission you run, not from what the older game needed.
