Check if your Team Fortress 2 server is online
Team Fortress 2 answers the same Source query as the rest of Valve's games, on the port players join.

The ports Team Fortress 2 uses
Gameplay and queries share one UDP port. Just as with CS2, being listed publicly also needs a game server login token — a server can be fully reachable and pass this check and still be missing from the in-game browser.

On a timeout, check the UDP rule first. If the query answers and the server is still unlisted, the token is why. Heavily customised servers can also take a while to start, and they will not reply until the map is up.
