Insurgency: Sandstorm has a query port separate from the game port, and it is easy to miss because the default is not next to it.

Both are UDP, and the server browser and this tool read the query port. Sandstorm also has an RCON port that should never be open to the internet — this tool declines to test ports in the ranges administrative services usually use.
