Check if your Satisfactory server is online
The ports changed with Satisfactory 1.0, and plenty of setup advice still doing the rounds was written before that.

The ports Satisfactory uses
Since 1.0 the dedicated server does gameplay and queries on one UDP port. Older guides list three, and following them is how people end up with nothing working. A tutorial that talks about a beacon port plus a separate query port was written before 1.0.

Forward that single UDP port and check again. If it responds here but the server is missing from your in-game server manager, the network is fine — that is a pairing step on the client. Add the server by its address and claim it from the game's own list.
