My Soulmask server is running — why does it show as offline?

Soulmask answers the standard Steam query, so this check reads the server the same way the in-game list does. Enter the game port, 8777 by default — the checker also tries the Steam query port 27015 that Soulmask pairs with it. If you changed -QueryPort=, enter that number instead.

What ports need to be open for a Soulmask server?

Accepted Answer

If both ports are forwarded as UDP and the check still fails, give the server time: a large world takes a while to load, and the server does not answer queries until it has.
