This check does not contact your server directly: it looks it up in Vintage Story's public server list, where servers publish themselves.

The ports Vintage Story uses
That means the result depends on whether the server advertises itself, not only on your ports. Since version 1.20, AdvertiseServer is off by default, so a perfectly working server will not be found here until you turn it on in serverconfig.json.

If players can connect but this check fails, set AdvertiseServer to true and restart. If the server is private on purpose, this check cannot see it — confirm the port is forwarded for both TCP and UDP instead.
